My name is Lewis Dellar-Witt and for the past few years, I have led a squad of designers, copywriters, and videographers in Creative Life, Archant’s in-house agency. The multi-disciplined team of creatives ranged from junior to senior level. We produced marketing collateral for our clients, anything from magazine adverts to bespoke video and animation, from concept to completion. My role within the agency included project management, motivating my squad, and facilitating their professional development.
